Jamee’s Favorite Place: Phu Quoc Island, Vietnam

Deserted Beach Vietnam

Why She Loves Phu Quoc Island

“Located on the Cambodian/ Vietnamese boarder, its well worth the effort it takes to get there. White stretches of beach, interrupted by palm trees and restaurants located on the sand, its Vietnams answer to Cambodia’s Sihanoukville and Malaysia’s Perhentian Islands. With endless sunshine and breath taking sunsets, this place won’t stay a place wont stay a secret for much longer.”

Jamee’s Favorite Things to Do on Phu Quoc Island

  • Relax under the white sandy, palm fringed beach with a cocktail in hand
  • Enjoy a BBQ seafood dinner on the sand
  • Find a deserted beach and swim in the crystal clear water
  • Rent a scooter and explore the island

I decided to go to Phu Quoc last minute and it ended up being a great decision. I absolutely loved it! The beach was beautiful and the seafood at the night market was delicious and so cheap.
