I love the outfits and think they are adorable – but I would say that little black dress is not really appropriate for Morocco on its own. I live in Marrakech currently, and with the country being Muslim, the black number without a shawl or sweater to cover your shoulders and leggings to cover your legs; you’re dressing a little carelessly in regards to the local culture. But otherwise – adorable for anywhere else! :)

Thanks Chrystal – that’s actually a tank, I meant it to be worn under the top, but I was wondering about the outfit in general because I wanted it to be respectful of the culture. I was unsure about the jewelry, I had read varying reports about whether that was appropriate or not. What do you think?

ohhh! OK – it being a shirt is MUCH better. Jewellery is fine and everything. It is simply the shoulders and knees that need to be covered to be considered modest. Some tourists do not follow any of the local customs and they are the ones attracting ALL the unwanted attention and receiving scoffs from the woman who think them rude.
